Return and Refund Policy

Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Shipping: Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Economy shipping takes 5-8 days for most US states. Free shipping is available for continental US states only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

Returns and Exchanges: Not satisfied? No problem! You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start a return or exchange, visit this link.

Return Conditions: Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. 

Refunds: We don't refund original or return shipping costs. A $15 shipping/restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive and review your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items: If something goes wrong in transit, we'll work with our shipping partners to file damage claims. If there's proof of delivery, we can't cover stolen packages in full, but we may offer discounts on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptions: We can't accept returns on sale items, final sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges: You can arrange exchanges through this link.

Refunds: We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded your original payment minus the shipping cost. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
